Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University will soon be going to organize Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT 2020)  which is a National level exam for those who wish to get admission into various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) course.

Before proceeding towards Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test Registration, you must make sure that they fulfil the basic eligibility criteria of the exam… The exam will be conducted in online mode at sixty-two centres across more than 40 cities.

Total of 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be asked and a number of sections in the question paper will vary with subject. Questions will be asked only in the English language. You need to secure 4 marks for each correct answer and lose 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

  • Application form for SAAT 2020 will be available on the official website of SAAT.
  • Visit the official University website –
  • On the home page, you need to go to section Under ‘Admission’ tab, click on ‘SAAT 2020 Application Form’
  • Fill all the necessary details such as candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, category, gender, correspondence address, mobile no, email ID, all academic details, selection of course and examination centre
  • You should carefully review the filled application form and then click on the ‘Submit’ tab and upload his/her photograph and signature

SAAT 2020 Exam Pattern

  • Duration of exam will be a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete SAAT 2020. The exam will consists of 120 questions, all of which will be objective type
  • All 120 questions will be of MCQs…Number of sections in the test paper will depend on the course selected by the candidate
  • A number of sections will differ with every program. For that reason, a number of questions in each section will also vary with course selected
  • Questions will be asked only in the English language. SAAT 2020 will only be conducted in online mode.. You need to click on one of the four answers given for each question
  • You will be given 4 marks for each correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer..No negative marking will be done for questions not attempted by candidates

SAAT 2020 Admit Card

  • SAAT 2020 Hall Ticket will be directly sent to applicants on his/her registered email ID, around a month before the exam date
  • You need to take the print out of admit card to exam center, along with a valid identity proof for the purpose of verification
  • Hall Ticket should be kept into possession until the completion of admission procedure
  • You should carefully go through admit card and any discrepancies must be without delay reported to the Director, Admissions. You will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without in possession of hall ticket
  • Conducting authority will release hall ticket to only those candidates who meet eligibility criteria and have submitted the form before the last date of submission

Admit Card details:

Hall ticket will entail the following information:

  • Photograph and signature of the candidate

  • Time of examination
  • List of valid identity proofs

SAAT 2020 Counselling

  • Applicants will be called for counselling on the basis of merit lists prepared, depending on the marks secured by him/her. Applicants will be called for counselling session from the second week of May 2020
  • Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University  Counselling procedure will involve selection of courses and colleges by candidates in order of preferences. On the basis of the above selections and merit list, candidates will be allotted seats
